Production Coordinator
JOB SUMMARY:
The Production Coordinator works to ensure that the production department meets its quality assurance goals and delivery schedules are completed on time.
QUALIFICATIONS:

· Goal oriented, self-motivated and able to meet deadlines
· Ability to learn quickly and retain information
· Cooperate and work well in a team atmosphere
· Microsoft Office experience required
· Bilingual helpful, but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ensure the production department meets its quality assurance goals and delivery schedules are completed on time
· Work with Sales, Purchasing, Planning, Production, Quality and Shipping to expedite products through the manufacturing organization, ensuring shipments are completed on time and within specifications
· Verification of Mill Test Reports (MTRs) for each product pulled
· Sending MTR’s to each customer with orders.
· Contacting vendors and communicating with customers to ensure they have received the correct MTR
· Assist with producing drawings that are used to manufacture parts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
