What You'll Do:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls, emails, texts, and social media messages
- Greet customers and offer great support
- Keep documents and records organized
- Record invoices in the system
- Write up estimates and dictations
- Keep office documents and spreadsheets up to date
- Help keep the office clean and tidy
What We're Looking For:
- A polite, kind, and professional approach when speaking with customers
- Basic computer skills
- A positive attitude and attention to detail

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
