Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation and networking.
- Conduct outside sales visits to potential and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential during customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining a focus on client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance product visibility in the market.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and addressing customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends in the CRM system.
