Overview
The RAD Data Platform Team is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual with a strong experience in agile software development and delivery in a SaaS / PaaS customer and product centric environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for program management for the Auris Data Platform which is used by various teams across the organization to support a diverse set of usage patterns. As the Data Platform Technical Program Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders to capture business priorities and data requirements, develop roadmaps and execute against the business requirements. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter and is results-oriented and highly comfortable in facilitating the development team to meet commitments and successfully deliver high quality products and new features using agile methodology and best practices.
The right candidate for this role is someone who has a strong mix of Agile Program / Project Management experience as well as a strong technical background, preferably software / product development in a Cloud Data Centric environment.
Responsibilities :
Work with business stakeholders to define project / program objectives and requirements.
Build and maintain roadmaps across multiple stakeholders
Plan development phasing including estimating work effort, understanding project dependencies, cross-team dependencies.
Lead Program incremental planning, Sprint planning, and manage each release through the release management process.
Set up agile development practice and guide sprint team towards disciplined execution.
Develop periodic goals, organize the work, set short-term priorities, monitor all activities, and ensure timely and accurate completion of the work.
Establish processes for configuration and release management to ensure that all project artifacts are delivered as part of the product development.
Work with engineers, business analysts and testers to organize and prioritize their work efforts in agile SDLC.
Collaborate with product owners and data engineers on data ingestion to ensure performance, data quality validation and future growth.
Partner with stakeholders to adapt the data platform to meet the needs of customers (external and internal)
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline with 10 years of related technical program management experience.
Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in SaaS / PaaS, cloud managed services or in other data centric environments.
Experienced in the management and delivery of SOC2 and other security and privacy compliance audits
Strong in agile / scrum processes, project / program planning, organization and time management.
Strong understanding of technology architecture concepts, software & product development.
Be data and metrics driven.
Able to effectively manage ambiguity and competing priorities. Help teams prioritize and focus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engineering and product teams as well as for business and executive teams.
Bonus points if you have :
Relevant working experience on data platforms.
Expert Experience working with Jira / Confluence.
Experience with planning functions of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are flexible Monday through Friday, generally 8 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 30 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. The position will be remote with occasional travel to Redwood City as needed (10%)

Additional Information :
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $197,800. California Bay Area - The anticipated base pay range for this position is $141,000 to $227,700.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
Employees and / or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
