*Job Summary*
The Office Manager is responsible for writing checks, checking in vendors and generally checking on condition of the store. Office Manager needs to be able to handle different tasks like unlocking the back door, checking on any violates, and instructing the staff in corrective actions.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform general office tasks such as writing checks, , and managing correspondence
-Check in vendors and supervise receipt of merchandise
- Hire new employees
- Assist with schedules and investigate timesheet differences.
- Support Grocery store staff
*Skills*
- Proficient in administrative tasks
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong customer support abilities
- Familiar with Food Safety
- Knowledge of phone systems and etiquette
- Computer literacy, including MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to assist with basic office management and grocery operations.
- Quickbooks knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 55 per week

- 8 hour shift
