Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with front desk operations, including greeting guests and handling inquiries.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Collaborate with team members in the Home Office to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the offices.
Experience
- Previous experience receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in data entry and calendar management is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with phone systems and general clerical duties will be advantageous.
