NOTE: To be considered for this role, you MUST have previous experience in a sanitation role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Job Objective:

Employee will ensure the sanitation of plant and equipment following procedures set forth in the SSOP (sanitation standard operating procedures) and chemical safety programs. Employee will also ensure documentation is up to date and accurate.

Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions: may include all or some of the following tasks:

• Clean and sanitize equipment following procedures listed in each appropriate SSOP.
• Wear proper PPE as per the SDS for each chemical.
• Continually audit areas and help where needed with sanitation team.
• Make sure titration is accurate for cleaning chemicals.
• Make sure crew follows MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule) as directed.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and accurate.

Working Conditions:

• Hot and cold temperatures
• Areas may be wet, dry, or a combination of both
• Lifting can be heavy at times and may require assistance in completing some tasks

Position Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
