Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The Machine Operator is required to maintain and operate machinery in good working condition. Duties will include ensuring the interminable running of production٫ maintaining the level of efficiency and quality٫ and collaborating with co-workers to help your team achieve high level of productivity. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Set up machines to start a production cycle٫ performing calibration٫ cleaning and other activities.
- Control and adjust machine settings.
- Maintain daily paperwork (checklist, weights, downtime, specification, and quality records)
- Conduct tests to check the operation of machines٫ on a regular basis.
- Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift.
- Verify output to detect any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Inspection of product quality, presentation, and packaging.
Qualifications
- 2 years' experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility required.
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent mechanical skills, including comfort with using tools to make simple repairs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to accomplish a versatile and evolving workload.
- Accurate record keeping of data.
- Effective in all forms of communication.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and technologies related to machine operation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are advantageous.
NOTE: This position works from 5:30a-3:30p. Hours may vary due to production needs.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $20.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
