Job Description:
- Support data entry, meeting scheduling, and payment processing for the center's programs.
- Regularly update and maintain the center's website and databases/spreadsheets.
- Send promotional emails to program participants and campus partners to highlight upcoming events.
- Coordinate, schedule, and assist with executing events—virtual or in-person—on or off campus.
- Review contracts with external service providers and ensure all details are accurate.
- Offer on-site support at events with occasional travel required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Four years of relevant administrative experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, G Suite, Slack, project management software, and internal university systems required.
- Prior experience in a university setting and/or entrepreneurship and innovation environments required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ability to track multiple projects.
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Detail-oriented and proficient in managing tasks with accuracy and precision.
