What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at J & J Staffing Resources?
Our client in New Castle, DE is seeking a Production Operator to join their team.
Position: Temp
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm
Compensation: $20/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Transfer materials to machines to meet production needs
- Operate machine to fill large drums with minerals
- Unload and load pallets from trucks
- Wrap pallets for shipping
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse
- Ability to wear respirator or N95 mask.
- Forklift experience preferred
- Experience in warehouse inventory management systems (ex. SAP, Excel)
