The primary responsibility of the AT&T Customer Service Representative will be to engage with decision-makers, provide detailed information regarding AT&T’s innovative products and technologies, address inquiries and concerns, and process new sales orders. In this role, you will collaborate with the sales team to devise and implement creative strategies to drive customer acquisition and build a robust sales pipeline. Our AT&T Customer Service Representative team plays a critical role in guiding new customers through every phase of the order process, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction and guaranteeing the achievement of AT&T's objectives.
AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- Directly engage with customers to communicate the features and benefits of AT&T's products and technologies.
- Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism, composure, and adeptness.
- Offer personalized product and service recommendations by establishing strong relationships and identifying personalized customer needs.
- Accurately record sensitive customer data into our system.

AT&T Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
