Position- Property Manager
Location- North Hills (Sepulveda Blvd. and Nordoff St.)
Hours- Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
- Cannot be combined with any other work
Salary- $4200-4500/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)

Property Management company is currently looking for a full-time property manager for a building in the North Hills area. This position is fulltime, the manager will live onsite at the property managed. If you are interested, submit your resume for consideration.
Overview of Duties:
• Rent Collection
• Generating/Posting notices
• Reviewing/Scheduling Work Orders
• Advertising/Marketing/Leasing Vacant Units
• Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
• Must live at the property being managed
•Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 1 year
• Managing 50 units preferred
• Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
• GED or HS Diploma
• MUST- Valid Driver's license
• MUST- Reliable vehicle
• Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
• Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
