We are looking for a CSR/Office Assistant to undertake scheduling and customer service. We’ll count on you to schedule and communicate with customers with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism. Our CSR/Office Assistant will need to have keen eye for detail. You should be comfortable working with little supervision to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling freight pick ups and deliveries
- Answer multi phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Assist customers in scheduling shipments
- Reply’s to emails in a prompt and courteous manner
- Assist drivers with questions based on their schedule
- Assist Owner and GM with day to day tasks
- Knowledge of word, excel, quick books
- Verify Shipments- air, ocean
- Excellent organizational skills
- Responsible

Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication ability

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
