Job Description:
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, subpoenas, and legal correspondence.
- Organize and manage discovery materials, including document review and production.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for depositions, court appearances, and trial.
- File documents with state, federal, and appellate courts; ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Assist in settlement preparation, mediation materials, and legal research.
- Review and analyze medical, employment, and other factual records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- College degree or Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved program) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, ideally in personal injury or civil litigation defense.
- Solid understanding of litigation processes, including discovery and trial preparation.
