We are seeking a skilled Paralegal Litigation Specialist to support our attorneys in all stages of litigation, from case inception through trial. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on meaningful civil litigation matters in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and other legal documents.
- Manage and organize discovery materials, including document review and production.
- Prepare materials for depositions, court appearances, and trial.
- Ensure timely filing of documents with state, federal, and appellate courts.
- Conduct research and provide assistance in settlement preparation and mediation materials.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in paralegal studies or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in litigation support or related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software.
