A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior IP Litigation Paralegal to join their firm in either Washington, DC, or Boston. This position will support attorneys in large-scale, complex IP litigation, with a focus on U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) Section 337 matters. You’ll provide crucial case management, legal research, and trial preparation support.
Other Key Responsibilities:
- Lead case management for ITC and federal district court litigation, including discovery, Markman hearings, and trial prep.
- Manage paper/electronic discovery, depositions, and trial materials.
- Oversee databases, privilege logs, and document production.
- Conduct research on case documents and expert testimonies, compiling findings into reports.
- Handle logistics for depositions and obtain materials from clients, vendors, and agencies.
- Support trial prep, manage exhibits, and assist with filings.
- Mentor junior paralegals and stay current on legal tech developments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7 years of litigation experience, with a preference for Patent and ITC cases.
- Expertise in federal and ITC litigation processes and document management software (e.g., DeskSite, Relativity).
- Strong communication, organization, and tech skills (Microsoft Office).
