Overview : Our client, an apartment maintenance service company, is seeking an Account Manager for the Denver metro territory. This position reports directly to the Regional Operations Director and is solely responsible for it's own territory and managing the subcontractors on worksites. As the Account Manager, the primary responsibilities include establishing, expanding, and maintaining the organizations Denver presence through management of current accounts ensuring high-quality service delivery to apartment complexes, staff / subcontractors management, and identifying new business opportunities. This position requires someone with a valid Driver's License and the ability to be out in the field 5 days / week with use of your own vehicle. Someone successful in this role enjoys the fast pace of a sales environment, understands the businesses needs happen around the clock, is a self-motivator, and has strong problem solving skills. This position will require someone flexible to respond to a text or call at all hours (primarily 6 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM) Monday - Friday and rotating weekends. The Account Manager must be bilingual English / Spanish .
Responsibilities :
Oversee the quality of work performed by employees and subcontractors, ensuring consistently high service standards
Cultivate and manage relationships with property and maintenance managers across new and existing markets
Develop and manage the Denver paint, project, and turns schedules, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
Drive business growth by securing new clients through referrals, cold calls, networking events, and trade shows
Build and maintain a strong network of potential subcontractors to support business needs and expansion plans
Resolve client issues and conflicts, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and maintaining high customer satisfaction
Provide leadership and direction to a team of subcontractors and employees, aligning them with the company’s strategic goals
Maintain regular communication with the Regional Director of Operations and corporate office, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
Requirements :
3 years' experience in operations or business development role with a proven track record of managing teams and achieving business goals
3 years' experience in a leadership role
Fluent in English and Spanish is required
Use of your own vehicle and personal cell phone required (an app for calls / text is set up)
A valid Driver's License
Ability to pass a background screening
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, written and verbal, required
A problem solver
A self-starter who is highly motivated and capable of working independently
Must be highly accessible with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to providing extraordinary client experiences
