Company & Position Overview : Our client is a nonprofit trade organization with headquarters in Denver. Reporting to the Director of HR and Administration, the Executive & Administrative Coordinator provides office management support, including oversight of the general office, coordinating office functions, and working with vendors. In addition, this role will provide administrative support to members of the Executive team and the Board of Directors.
Specific Job Responsibilities :
Office Management / HR Support :
Perform routine administrative HR tasks
Internal office communication
Office management to include office operations and procedures, office supplies, shipping and mailing, and calendar and schedule management
Building and vendor liaison
Coordinate office staff activities and employee events
General office duties
Administrative Support :
Travel coordination (domestic and international)
Expense reports
Correspondence
Maintain priority project list and deadline management system
Calendar and schedule management
Prepare spreadsheets and presentations
Schedule conference calls and virtual meetings
Prepare BOD meeting material
Meeting minutes
Qualifications :
College degree preferred
3 years of relevant experience ( office management, HR, administrative)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Service-oriented with exceptional interpersonal skills
Excellent proofreading, editing, and business writing skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
Discrete with sensitive and confidential information
Ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks with flexibility
