Pay: $27.50/hour (during the temp-to-hire period no benefits are offered – if/once hired by our client a very competitive benefits package is offered. Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with a 1-hour unpaid meal break
Company/Position Overview: Our client, a well-established commercial HVAC company located in Denver, is seeking a temp-to-hire Office Assistant. This role will report to the Assistant Service Manager and will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support the office, technicians, and customers. These duties will include:
- Answering phones
- Answering emails
- Data entry in QuickBooks and Field Edge / ESC (we will provide training)
- Typing letters and proposals
- Providing purchase order numbers to techs, managers, and vendors
- Working with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ordering office supplies,
- Ordering parts
- Keeping track of work schedules and requests for proposals
- Keeping track of parts received and parts ETA
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2 years of administrative experience
- Experience with MS Office – Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Must have great customer service skills
- Must be highly organized
- Professional but friendly
- Good grammar and spelling
