We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Account Coordinator with a passion for client service to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage the execution of direct marketing campaigns while ensuring seamless, high-quality client support. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, focusing primarily on the automotive industry but also supporting clients from other competitive sectors. This position reports to the Director of Operations and works closely with the Client Success Team.
Account Coordinator Responsibilities
- Maintain strong client relationships across the United States.
- Ensure quality control of contract entry and all marketing products.
- Create materials for direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, event-specific materials, banner ads, and emails, using Adobe Creative Suite and other creative platforms.
- Fulfill premium or gift orders associated with campaigns and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, manufacturer, and company regulations.
- Follow documented timelines and service-level agreements for each marketing campaign.
- Maintain thorough process documentation for each campaign.
