Marketing Coordinator

For over 50 years, J.L. Moore has provided top-notch quality construction services to local, regional, and national clients. What we don’t do well is keep up with marketing and communications that highlight our successes and drive business growth. For this reason, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

In this position you will create and implement marketing and communication strategies to promote the company’s services and drive business growth. This position involves creating engaging marketing content, managing social media channels, organizing events, and fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong communication skills, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop engaging content for the company’s website, social media, and other marketing materials, highlighting projects and company news.

· Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics.

· Plan and execute events including trade shows, community outreach programs, and client appreciation events.

· Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged with company news and updates.

· Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to enhance marketing strategies.

· Ensure brand consistency throughout the company.

· Work closely with project teams to gather project information and success stories for marketing initiatives.

· Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.

· Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).

· WordPress experience is a plus.

· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Ability to think creatively, with a strong attention to detail.

Pay: $42,500.00 - $55,000.00 per year
