Your New Role:
As our Plumbing Estimator, you’ll prepare detailed estimates for commercial plumbing projects based on construction drawings and specifications. You'll collaborate with engineers, architects, owners and contractors on design and cost adjustments. Maintain relationships with key vendors to ensure competitive pricing and service. Attend pre-bid meetings and make project and site visits as necessary.

- Ability to evaluate and analyze plans, specifications, proposals and other documentation to prepare bid estimates.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial construction estimating experience.
- Commercial plumbing field installation experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Bluebeam software and Building Connected is preferred.
