Executive & Personal Assistant to a High-Energy Entrepreneur
Location: Lewiston, Idaho (½ Time Hybrid Work and ½ Time In Office & Local Errands)

Laynie is building something incredible across multiple businesses, and she needs a right-hand person who is highly organized, self-motivated, and excited to take ownership of projects. This role is part executive assistant, part operations manager, and part personal assistant—meaning no two days will be the same. You'll be her second brain, ensuring she stays on track, while also taking on projects that help scale her businesses and maximize her time.

Laynie is a high-energy entrepreneur with multiple businesses and a passion for personal growth. She is looking for a self-powered energy battery—someone who can keep up with her vision and make things happen without needing to be micromanaged.

✅ A Mortgage Company based in Idaho
✅ An Experiential Hospitality Company (domestic & international Airbnbs)
✅ A House Flipping Business with ongoing real estate projects
She also loves her amazing husband, three kids, four dogs, and personal growth—so this role will involve some personal assistant tasks to keep her life and businesses running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operations Support
- Managing Laynie’s calendar & scheduling meetings
- Data entry, bookkeeping, and organizing business financials
- Researching new Airbnb locations & international markets
- Streamlining systems and processes across businesses
Social Media & Marketing
- Managing content and engagement for Laynie’s hospitality brand
- Researching and implementing strategies for growth on social media
- Supporting branding & marketing initiatives
Personal & Event Support
- Coordinating community events & sponsorship opportunities
- Running errands, ordering supplies, and handling various personal tasks
- Managing logistics for in person events
