Responsibilities
- Follow and implement processes.
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status.
- Oversee team management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
- Implement quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Conduct technical writing for project documentation, including reports and presentations.
- Meet with clients onsite and by Zoom.
- Manage field trades to ensure project is completed within schedule.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar project management software is preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting, project planning, and resource allocation.
- Excellent team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and motivation.
- Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
- Experience in technical writing for clear documentation of processes and outcomes.
- Knowledge of process mapping techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
