Project Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of project management methodologies. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement processes.
• Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Utilize project management tools to track progress and report on project status.
• Oversee team management by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance.
• Implement quality management processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
• Conduct technical writing for project documentation, including reports and presentations.
• Meet with clients onsite and by Zoom.
• Manage field trades to ensure project is completed within schedule.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodology throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in BuilderTrend or similar project management software is preferred.
• Strong skills in budgeting, project planning, and resource allocation.
• Excellent team management abilities with a focus on collaboration and motivation.
• Familiarity with quality management principles and practices.
• Experience in technical writing for clear documentation of processes and outcomes.
• Knowledge of process mapping techniques to enhance operational efficiency.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
