What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Construction Project Manager position at J. M. Carr Landscaping LLC?
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team with minimum of 3-5 years or more experience in the landscape construction industry. We are looking for someone willing to share their talents and experiences in the hardscape industry with our team. We are a growing company that offers a variety of landscaping services from lawn maintenance, irrigation and lighting, and excavation and installation of walls and patios, etc. We operate generally within the central and lakes region area of NH occasionally traveling further for specific projects.
The construction team is responsible for the management and execution of all aspects of our landscape construction project, from layout, excavation and installation. The ability to work in a team environment and willingness to train crew members is a must. Job duties include site layout, establishing grades, equipment operation, manual labor, hardscape and softscape installation, custom fabrications, and task delegation.
A valid drivers license, DOT medical card, and Drug testing required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
