Landscape Maintenance Team Member

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Landscape Maintenance Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in creating and maintaining aesthetically pleasing landscapes. A background in plants or landscaping is a plus. We are looking for people that are passionate about the landscape industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning and blowing.
Assist in the installation of landscape features, such as mulch and decorative stones and plants.
Spring and Fall Clean Up
Snow Removal
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
Uphold safety standards and protocols at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping or related field preferred
Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
Job Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
NH DOT Health Card or CDL
Follow Company Handbook and Company Safety Guidelines
Dependable and responsible
Be able to lift 50 pounds
