Superintendent

Primary Responsibilities :

• Ensure the safety of team members and project sites at all times
• Maintain complete understanding of blueprints / drawings, schedules, project plans, subcontractor responsibilities, and scope of work
• Plan, schedule and assign daily tasks for site and crew
• Ensure daily production goals are met by performing walkthroughs to verify daily activities
• Manage, order and schedule materials, equipment and subcontractors
• Must communicate effectively
• Must be able to run multiple crews on multiple job sites if needed
• Must be able to lead self-perform crews, subcontractors and job site as a whole
