Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors.
Duties
- Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to ensure cleanliness.
- Clean and disinfect surfaces, fixtures, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Skills
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated time frames.
- Good communication skills for reporting issues or collaborating with team members.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies is beneficial.
