General Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained.
• Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain clean surfaces.
• Conduct custodial duties such as dusting, window washing, and restroom sanitation to uphold hygiene standards.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs observed during cleaning activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition.

Skills

• Experience in residential painting is a plus but not required.
• Strong background in custodial services and commercial cleaning practices.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.
• Familiarity with porter duties in maintaining cleanliness in public areas.
• Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while completing assigned tasks.
