Location: 823 NYS Rt 13 & Cortland, NY
Temporary, Part-time (90 days limit)
On-Call: Up to 19 hours a week
Hourly Rate: $15.50
Are you a creative and motivated video production student looking to gain hands-on experience? JM Murray is seeking a temporary Videographer to help us showcase our organization, including our business and service divisions, dedicated staff, and the individuals we support. This is an exciting opportunity to use your storytelling and technical skills to create a high-quality, engaging video that highlights our mission and impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, shoot, and edit a compelling video that represents JM Murray’s work and community impact.
- Compile additional B-roll that can be used for multi-purposes (web, digital, TV, etc.)
- Work closely with our team to develop a creative vision and key messaging.
- Capture footage of our facilities, employees, and individuals receiving services.
- Utilize professional editing software to produce a polished final product.
- Ensure the video aligns with JM Murray’s branding and values.
- Complete project within 90 days.
What We’re Looking For:
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a video production, digital media, or related program.
- Experience with video shooting, editing, and post-production.
- Experience bundling different footage for long and short form usage
- Less perfection, more creativity and storytelling
- Proficiency in editing software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with our team.
