Apply cost accounting principles related to use of materials per projects
Review inventory reports and analysis of variances
Prepare cost-related reports for management.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Track expenses related to labor, materials, subcontractors, and other costs for each location.
Collect, review and enter daily productions from the field and reconcile discrepancies.
Review intra-company inventory movements including proper transfer pricing.
Collect monthly energy readings from Plant Managers
Review and analyze cost of construction materials, labor costs, Requirements :
Associates degree or higher in accounting
4 years Cost Accounting experience
Construction field highly preferred
Cost or Materials or Inventory Accounting experience
Software skills : Advanced Excel experience : V Lookup, data comparison, ERP, JD Edwards, SAP or Timberline or similar preferred On site Mon-Fri
After 1 year / Hybrid work model
Salary plus benefit / Matching 401K / 3 weeks PTO
