Temporary Delivery Driver – $18-19 / hr,depending on experience
Based in Norwood, MA – delivering to South Shore Boston area
Duration : Expected through April / May (temporary coverage for an employee on LTD)
We are seeking a reliable and accountable Delivery Driver to work for a reputable national client of ours. The driver will report to Norwood daily to receive their route, materials, and company vehicle before making deliveries to assigned stations.
Responsibilities
Deliver inventory stickers to designated locations, about 15-20 stops per day
Follow assigned routes provided by the supervisor, adjusting as needed based on traffic conditions and priorities
Maintain accurate delivery records and track inventory
Interact professionally with clients
Ensure all deliveries are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Safely drive company vehicle in compliance with local and company regulations
Utilize MS Excel and Outlook for tracking and communication Qualifications :
2 years of prior experience in delivery services is required
Clean driving record and must be willing to undergo DMV and criminal background check
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle valuable materials responsibly
Knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook for reporting purposes
Ability to work independently and adapt to varying daily schedules
