This exciting, newly created role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic business initiatives, and overseeing operational aspects to ensure seamless business functionality. As the company continues to grow, your role will as well - for the right person, there is an opportunity for this role to evolve into a General Management / Operations focused role.
Duties / Responsibilities
Sales and Growth Management : Lead the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve growth objectives.
Marketing Management : Oversee marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
Growth Strategy Development : Develop and execute growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain long term relationships with new and existing customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Client Relationship Maintenance : Maintain current client relationships and identify potential clients for business expansion.
Lead Generation and Client Engagement : Contact potential clients to establish business relationships and conduct meetings to promote services.
Sales Contract Preparation : Prepare sales contracts ensuring compliance with established laws and guidelines.
Customer Feedback and Post Sales Support : Provide reliable feedback and support to customers post-sale.
Business Innovation : Drive business innovation and help create and improve sustainable processes and procedures for customer retention. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree highly preferred, Advanced degree a plus
10 years of sales leadership experience in manufacturing required
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships
Understanding of industries served - Aerospace, Automotive, Commercial, Defense, Manufacturing, Marine, Medical, and Oil & Gas.
Compensation / Benefits
Base Salary - $125k - $150k (depending on years of experience) plus performance based bonus
Full insurance, retirement and PTO package
