ERP Analyst

J. Morrissey has partnered with an organization in the greater Shelton area looking for an ERP Analyst. This is a full-time opportunity to work within a team that supports various applications within the company.

This role will be on site full-time and offers a competitive compensation range between $100k - $130k including bonus - based on experience.

Responsibilities Include :

• Assess and analyze application functionality, offering strategic recommendations to enhance the use of standard features and optimize business processes.
• Provide in-depth expertise in application configuration, functionality, and support for software solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and software vendors to define solution requirements, address functionality gaps, and manage the design, implementation, and ongoing support of applications.
• Perform detailed business research and analysis to identify critical metrics and areas for enhancement.
• Establish and refine procedures to align business solutions with organizational objectives.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business goals and key success criteria.
• Create and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and design details.
• Continuously evaluate and improve current business processes while identifying opportunities to implement more efficient practices.
