J. Morrissey seeks a dedicated Maintenance / Custodial professional to manage facilities repairs, cleaning, and grounds for a local apartment complex.
- 1 year of facilities maintenance experience is required
Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance.
Assist with facilities repairs to HVAC and plumbing systems
Replace light bulbs and smoke detector batteries.
Pick up trash, trim shrubs, rake leaves, and remove debris.
Keep walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces clean and safe.
Perform seasonal tasks like snow removal and leaf blowing.
Empty trash and restock restrooms.
Clean common areas : hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, lobbies.
Assist with apartment turnover cleaning.
Report major repair needs. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, and maintenance work required.
Basic maintenance knowledge.
Must be willing to submit to background screening.
Must be comfortable working inside and outside.
Strong attention to detail and independence.
