The HR Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining company standards, enforcing policies, and ensuring compliance with all HR-related functions. This position is responsible for payroll, employee relations, benefits administration, and fostering a culture aligned with the company’s identity. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing HR initiatives.
Responsibilities :
Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and maintain company-wide communication.
Process weekly payroll and manage employee records in ADP.
Oversee recruitment, including talent acquisition, background checks, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, and compliance with state and federal regulations.
Administer benefits, PTO, and track training and continuing education.
Organize performance reviews, quarterly check-ins, and employee recognition programs.
Coordinate company events, internal newsletters, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
Promote a safe and engaging work environment, ensuring employee well-being.
Perform additional HR-related tasks as needed. Qualifications :
3 years of HR experience OR a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Strong knowledge of payroll, compliance, employee relations, workers' compensation, and benefits administration.
ADP experience is required.
Proficiency in Indeed, LinkedIn, G-Suite, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
