HR Generalist - 6 month contract

A healthcare client of ours seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support recruitment, compliance, and employee relations on a temporary basis.

Responsibilities :

Post jobs, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.

Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.

Address employee inquiries on benefits, payroll, and policies.

Ensure compliance with certifications, licensures, and regulations.

Provide administrative support and coordinate training programs.

Qualifications :

2 years of HR Generalist experience; healthcare preferred.

Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
