Position Overview Are you a dynamic and driven recruiter ready to make an impact? We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our client's thriving team! This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM ) with a competitive salary ( $60,000-$70,000 based on experience).

What You’ll Do :
Oversee DOT drug testing, background checks, and utilize ATS (PAYCOM) .
Engage walk-in candidates and drive top-tier recruitment efforts.
Partner with leadership in weekly hiring strategy meetings .
Conduct new hire orientations , occasionally staying late on Mondays ( until 5 : 30 PM ).
Skills Required :
Paycom ATS System experience required.
Bilingual (Spanish preferred) , with strong interpersonal skills.
