Key Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate estimates for HVAC projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accurate bid submissions.

Work closely with the project management and operations teams to ensure bids align with project goals.

Obtain quotes from vendors and subcontractors, ensuring competitive pricing and scope compliance.

Develop takeoffs and manage all estimating duties through bid submission.

Assist in post-award evaluations to refine future estimates and ensure consistent profitability.

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to clarify bid details and project requirements.

Maintain thorough records of all bids and proposals in the Bid Log spreadsheet.

The Ideal Candidate :

Knowledge of HVAC systems, materials, and labor costs.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficient in estimating software and Office programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
