Cleaning Manager

The Building Manager is responsible for the effective management and supervision of cleaning services across multiple client buildings. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and effective communication skills to ensure that cleaning operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The Building Manager acts as the primary point of contact between the GM and the cleaning technicians.

• Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations for multiple buildings.
• Direct, supervise, and schedule janitorial staff to ensure consistent coverage and performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
• Drop of inventory and take dirty rags to storage
• Perform regular inspections of buildings to ensure all cleaning standards and client specifications are met.
• Develop and implement quality assurance measures, identifying areas for improvement and addressing deficiencies.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, issues, and corrective actions taken.
• Address operational challenges, such as staffing shortages, equipment failures, or client complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
• Mediate conflicts among staff or with clients to maintain positive relationships and a smooth workflow.

Need 3 years of experience cleaning.

No management experience required

Paid training of 4 months

1st interview is virtual the 2nd is in person.

Must me able to provide references.

$500 sign on bonus after 180 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
