Job description
Job Purpose: Responsible for auditing and processing freight bills for accuracy and completeness.
Reports To: Interline Coordinator
Essential Job Functions:
- Audit freight bills for accuracy and completeness
- Update freight bills and apply charges
- Communicate with customers and partner carriers to resolve discrepancies and answer inquires.
- Process interline payables
- Review and send invoices
- Precision in verifying invoices and payments
- Capable to identify and resolve issues related to invoices and payments
- All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to use a keyboard and computer
Qualifications:
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
- Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Excel experience a must, AS400 experience a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- 8 hour shift
- Start time is flexible either: 8am to 4 pm or 9am to 5 pm
- Monday to Friday
