TotalRecycle is a groundbreaking, state-of-the-art single stream recycle facility further advances our steadfast commitment to a greener environment. TotalRecycle contains cutting-edge technology that allows for the precise sorting and processing of recyclable materials. Situated on a 14-acre site in Berk's County, this 75,000 square foot facility accepts all items capable of being recycled. TotalRecycle is the only facility of this magnitude in the area. With its beautiful infrastructure, the complex looks more like a resort than a recycling plant. However, it is capable of processing 700 ton of recyclables a day or almost 20,000 ton a month. That equates to 560,000 homes a week or over 50 cities the size of Reading! TotalRecycle is approved to run 20 hours a day, six days a week.
