Our Berks County Division, located in Reading, PA is currently searching for a Roll Off Driver due to growth!
What You Will Do :
- Drives a roll-off truck according to established subscription routes or municipal territories, servicing all assigned customers courteously and timely.
- Operates the roll-off truck according to local, state and federal D.O.T. observing all traffic laws and safety regulations. Transports and dumps municipal trash at a regulated transfer station or approved landfill.
- Check in with dispatch to ensure all stops are picked-up. Must get approval from dispatch before returning to the shop
- Obtain load weight tickets and sign for load.
- Maintains any related records required, e.g., driver's log, route sheets, work orders, special request work, missed logs, etc.
- Cleans truck cab and body daily.
- Performs daily all duties and inspections identified in the vehicle pre and post trip Vehicle Condition Report. Reports any maintenance malfunctions on the Vehicle Condition Report and reports it to the maintenance shop supervisor.
