Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and dependable Driver Helpers to join our solid waste collection team in the Nanticoke Division. As a critical member of this team, you will ride on the back of a trash truck, assisting the driver in navigating safely while providing frontline customer service and collecting curbside waste and/or recycling in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
Standing, Walking, Lifting, and Carrying: You must be able to stand, walk, lift, and carry for extended periods.
Lifting 75 Pounds: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds is required.
Working in Various Weather Conditions: You must be comfortable working outside in all types of weather.
Riding on the Rear Step of the Truck: Requires ability to ride on the rear step of the truck while in motion.
