Job Summary: As a Roll Off Driver at J.P. Mascaro & Sons, you will be responsible for operating a Roll Off trash truck in accordance with D.O.T. regulations and Company policy.

- Drive a truck according to established subscription routes or municipal territories, servicing all assigned customers courteously and timely.
- Operate the truck according to local, state and federal D.O.T. observing all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Transport and dump municipal trash at a regulated transfer station or approved landfill.
- Check in with dispatch to ensure all stops are picked up and obtain approval before returning to the shop.
Additional Responsibilities:
- May be required to fill in driving a Dump Truck, Rear Load or Front Load trash vehicle if properly trained and approved for the same.
- Must clean out the cab on a daily basis and at the end of the workday, park the vehicle in its designated spot.
- Create a maintenance work order via the Vehicle Condition Report for the shop manager to schedule for completion.
Qualifications:
- Valid state commercial drivers license (CDL Class B or equivalent).
- Attention to detail to prevent damage to the truck, equipment and surrounding items.
- Ability to sit in the truck cab for long periods of time and lift and move 75-pounds.
