Position: Legal Discovery Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe to draft cover letters, record requests, and other essential correspondence.
- Assist four attorneys and three paralegals, working closely with the other support specialists to ensure smooth operation.
- Handle incoming phone calls, manage client intake meetings, process discovery productions, and track important calendar dates.
- Maintain the confidentiality and privilege of all work.
- Participate in and support privileged and confidential projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree considered. MUST have GED/HS Diploma.
- Legal experience preferred but not necessary, as you will be trained on our clearly defined SOPs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking skills, essential for working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to analyze, review, and make recommendations with attention to detail and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
