What are the responsibilities and job description for the eCommerce & Social Media Coordinator position at J. Parker Ltd?
J. Parker is a family owned clothing store with five locations in Savannah, Ga and Bluffton, SC, carrying high end brands in menswear, ladieswear, and accessories. Applicants must live in Savannah, Ga.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage the day to day operations of the online store, including but not limited to, inventory management, product listings, applications, and performance
- Online order fulfillment/shipping
- Work with the in-house point of sale system to ensure Shopify is always up to date
- Utilize company social media with Shopify to promote products and drive traffic to the website
- Keep social media accounts up to date by tagging products in all store locations
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and social media advertising
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations to improve the online store’s performance
- Update and maintain customer email list
- Other related tasks
