Automotive Detailer/Dealer Assistant

J R Auto Sales in Candia, NH is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Detailer/Dealer Assistant. This multifaceted role involves a range of responsibilities, from maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of vehicles to providing valuable support in various aspects of dealership operations.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean, wash, and detail vehicles to ensure they meet high-quality standards for display and customer satisfaction.
• Perform interior and exterior detailing, including vacuuming, waxing, polishing, and other detailing tasks.
• Coordinate and execute the pickup and delivery of vehicles as needed.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of vehicles between different locations.
• Assist the owner in preparing vehicles for display and test drives.
• Collaborate with the owner to address customer inquiries and provide information about vehicle features.
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers during vehicle pickup, providing necessary paperwork and answering basic questions
• Help manage and organize the dealership's vehicle inventory
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle details, including mileage and condition.
• Provide general support to various departments within the dealership as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, organizing detail supplies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Willingness to take on various tasks and adapt to the evolving needs of the dealership.
• Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
• Timeliness and reliability are crucial for this role.
