Executive Assistant – Century City ($70k-$90k)

The ideal candidate will have anywhere between 3-5 years of administrative experience, ideally within finance or professional services. A bachelor’s degree is preferred for this in-office role.

Tasks to tackle:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings and conference calls
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle correspondence and phone calls
- Support contract management
- Plan events and assist with ad-hoc projects
