Executive Assistant / Office Manager – Financial District! $120k bonus
A growing hospitality company in the Financial District is seeking a proactive and polished Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support a team of senior executives. This is a fully in-person opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and enjoys wearing many hats.
Day-to-day Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, ground transportation)
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams
- Organize meetings and events, including space, catering, materials, and A/V
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, and beverages
- Support light accounting tasks (reporting, processing payments, etc.)
- Assist with special projects and provide general team support
Qualifications:
- 5 years of related experience in an executive support and/or office management role
- Highly organized, resourceful, and confident managing multiple priorities
